Policies that remove your Medicaid Coverage will come into effect on October 1, 2026.
Even if you do not qualify for Medicaid after October, you may still qualify for cost-saving plans called Cascade Care plans.

Cascade Care plans are a special type of plan for people under a certain income level.

In Cascade Care plans, 60% - 80% of the plan's cost is covered by Washington state.
